Who We Are

Rise, launched in 2022, is the Single Family Office of Olivier Brourhant, founder and current Chairman of the Mantu Group. Our mission is to break the codes and rethink the way our industry operates. We also support intrapreneurs and entrepreneurs in launching and scaling ambitious projects across all areas of the economy.

This ambition is built around complementary pillars: Venture Capital—through Aonia Ventures, which supports more than 70 startups worldwide, making Olivier one of the most active business angels in Europe— the startup studio, which launches and accelerates new entrepreneurial projects, real estate and private equity.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a talented AI & Automation Engineer to join our technical team. Under the mentorship of the Chief Technology Officer, you will collaborate closely with a compact and dynamic technical team of five. You will have the opportunity to explore, scope, and roll out various automation projects across multiple departments.

Your missions

  • Pioneer AI strategies: Explore emerging technologies and code prototypes to develop an Artificial Intelligence strategy.
  • Craft AI Magic: Pioneer for the creation of cutting-edge generative AI solutions, tailored to address precise, targeted use cases. 
  • Build from start to finish: Lead various software development projects from prototypes to production and monitoring.
  • Drive innovation: Take part in internal audits across multidisciplinary teams to improve the company's processes.
  • Master Data: Architect and develop complex, scalable databases that power operations.
  • Document for Success: Create clear, reliable documentation to ensure your innovations stand the test of time.

Key outcomes

By the end of the internship period, you will have:

  • Collaborated with the CTO and top executives.
  • Interacted with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Created new processes and resources and contributed innovative ideas to improve teams' efficiency and autonomy.
  • Constantly challenged existing processes and ways of working, sharpening your critical thinking.
