Rise is the Single Family Office of Olivier Brourhant — founder and Executive Chairman of Mantu, an international consulting group with €1B+ in revenue, 12,000 people, and 10+ brands across 60 countries.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a talented AI & Data Engineer to join our technical team in Lisbon.

Reporting directly to the CTO, you'll work within a compact, fast-moving team of four — going from prototype to production on real AI and automation projects across the organization.

This isn't a shadow role. You'll own scopes, ship things that matter, and work with senior stakeholders from day one.

What You'll Work On

• Build & deploy AI pipelines: Design agentic workflows and integrate LLMs with internal data sources via MCP servers and vector databases.

• Automate business processes: Build end-to-end automations (n8n, agentic pipelines) connecting databases, APIs and external applications.

• Develop internal tools: Ship full-stack features on internal applications (C#, TypeScript, Python) with the help of AI-assisted development.

• Engineer data infrastructure: Architect and manage SQL and vector databases to power AI retrieval and business operations.

• Own cloud infrastructure: Audit, redesign and provision Azure environments — with a focus on security and governance.

Who We’re Looking For

Background & Hard Skills:

• CS/Data/Software engineering background (top-tier school, current or recent grad)

• Python fluency · French & English bilingual

• Working knowledge of the modern AI stack: LLMs, MCP, Skills, Agents, etc..

• Hands-on with agentic/automation tools (Dust, n8n, Claude Code…)

• Full-stack exposure: APIs, SQL, C#, Vue.js

• Basic Azure / Cloud infrastructure

Soft skills:

• Fast learner: you don't know everything — but you can learn anything.

• Autonomous: you manage multiple projects without needing hand-holding.

• Rigorous: complex problems excite you; details don't slip past you.

• Discreet: you understand what confidentiality means in a Family Office.

• Collaborative: strong communicator who thrives in cross-functional environments.
