Who we are

Rise is the Single Family Office of Olivier Brourhant, founder and current Chairman of the Mantu Group. Mantu is an independent international consulting player, founded in 2007.

Our mission is to break the codes and rethink the way industries operate in which we invest—just as we did with Mantu in the consulting and services sector. We also support intrapreneurs and entrepreneurs in launching and scaling ambitious projects across all areas of the economy.

This ambition is built around complementary pillars: investment—through Aonia Ventures, which supports more than 70 startups worldwide, making Olivier one of the most active business angels in Europe— the startup studio, which launches and accelerates new entrepreneurial projects, real estate and private equity.

Your Role

As an Intrapreneur, you’ll launch and execute a new project within our startup studio. At the start, you’re in the driver’s seat: testing ideas, building MVPs, signing first clients, and proving traction. You’ll hustle, execute, and make things happen fast.

You won’t be alone—our cross-functional teams (IT, Legal, Finance…) have your back to accelerate growth. Once the foundations are solid, scale the business, and run it like a founder—with the full support and resources of Rise.

Your Missions

• Launch and develop a project : from market analysis and MVP testing to go-to-market execution and sales

• Control and own the P&L

• Act as the pilot : drive strategy and execution, test and iterate quickly, and collaborate with teams (IT, Legal…)

• Manage operations and execution

Your Profile

• Future business school graduate from a top business or engineering school, with strong involvement in entrepreneurial or extracurricular initiatives

• Ideally looking for an end-of-study internship

• 0 to 3 years of experience, ideally complemented by side projects or entrepreneurial projects

• Entrepreneurial mindset: bold, commercial, and determined, able to take risks, make quick decisions, and adjust rapidly

• Resilient and solution-oriented: you see obstacles as opportunities, yet remain humble, eager to learn, and open to feedback

• Fluent in French with professional proficiency in English, comfortable in an international environment
