Rise is the Single Family Office of Olivier Brourhant, founder and Executive Chairman of the Mantu Group. Mantu is an independent international consulting firm, founded in 2007, and today represents more than one billion in revenue, 12,000 people across more than 60 countries, and over 10 brands.

Our mission is to break the codes and rethink the way industries operate in which we invest—just as we did with Mantu in the consulting and services sector. We also support intrapreneurs and entrepreneurs in launching and scaling ambitious projects across all areas of the economy.

This ambition is built around complementary pillars: investment—through Aonia Ventures, which supports more than 70 startups worldwide, making Olivier one of the most active business angels in Europe—, the startup studio Rise Up, which launches and accelerates new entrepreneurial projects, a Search Fund activity focused on identifying, acquiring, and operating a high-potential SME, Real Estate and Private Equity.
