The Project

Construction and renovation projects are complex by nature — budgets slip, timelines stretch, and the gap between what was planned and what gets built is rarely small. Most project owners go through it without anyone truly on their side.

That's the role we're building. A service firm specialized in Owner's Project Management — sitting on the client side, from brief to delivery. Not contractors, not architects. The person who makes sure everyone else does their job.

We already have the expertise. The founding team comes from building and civil engineering — they know how to read a plan, challenge a quote, manage a contractor, and keep a project on track when things go sideways.

The offering works on two fronts: individuals undertaking renovation or construction who need a trusted expert in their corner, and businesses or institutions managing larger building programs who need structured oversight and technical governance.

Your Role

We're looking for someone to run the activity — sell it, deliver it, and own the P&L. Someone who takes full operational ownership: managing the delivery, building and leading the people, industrializing the model, and driving the business forward from day one.

Your Profile

• Future business school graduate from a top business or engineering school, with strong involvement in entrepreneurial or extracurricular initiatives

• 0 to 3 years of experience, ideally complemented by side projects or entrepreneurial projects

• Entrepreneurial mindset: bold, commercial, and determined, able to take risks, make quick decisions, and adjust rapidly

• Resilient and solution-oriented: you see obstacles as opportunities, yet remain humble, eager to learn, and open to feedback

• Fluent in French with professional proficiency in English, comfortable in an international environment
