Intrapreneur - Landscaping
The Project
In a world increasingly shaped by AI, manual and craft trades still embody something deeply human — meaning, creativity, and a connection to nature. Among them, landscaping stands out as a sector that directly contributes to biodiversity, urban quality of life, and environmental regeneration.
This project is not a startup from scratch. We already have two landscapers on the ground and the equipment to operate. The foundation is there. What we are building now is the business around it.
The playing field is French-speaking Switzerland and Haute-Savoie.
Your Role
The goal is to sell, spot the right opportunities, hire the right people, and build a team that delivers. This is about entrepreneurship in the field: being sharp, moving fast, building the delivery processes tight and structure the organization for scale. And at the end of the day, turning all of that into a reliable and measurable P&L.
You won’t be alone—our cross-functional teams (Tech, Legal, Finance…) have your back to accelerate growth. Once the foundations are solid, scale the business, and run it like a founder—with the full support and resources of Rise.
