Your Role
This is a sales and delivery role to start. You own the client relationship end to end — you go out and sell, you bring the deals in, and you make sure the work gets done right. As the client base grows, the focus shifts: you build the sales engine, hire the people around you, and step into a true business leadership role.
You won’t be alone—our cross-functional teams (Tech, Legal, Finance…) have your back to accelerate growth. Once the foundations are solid, scale the business, and run it like a founder—with the full support and resources of Rise.
Your Profile
Future business school graduate from a top business or engineering school, with strong involvement in entrepreneurial or extracurricular initiatives
0 to 3 years of experience, ideally complemented by side projects or entrepreneurial projects
Entrepreneurial mindset: bold, commercial, and determined, able to take risks, make quick decisions, and adjust rapidly
Resilient and solution-oriented: you see obstacles as opportunities, yet remain humble, eager to learn, and open to feedback
Fluent in French with professional proficiency in English, comfortable in an international environment
